I'm starting roller derby training, but i can't skate. Dumb i know, but where can i practice other than the ring?

Pretty much anywhere with a flat enough surface..

Parks, Bike/Trail Pathways, Parking Lots, Basketball courts, Tennis courts, your driveway, inside your house (I use to get yelled at when I was little for skating inside, so I’m not sure how that works for you)..

Good Luck!!

Anyone else with other suggestions?
